The Enneagram is a nine-point diagram that captures the nine basic personality types, each with its own distinct patterns of thinking, feeling and acting. The Friday evening session is an introduction to the Enneagram and the opportunity for individual reflection on your WEPSS inventory results. On Saturday we explore the Enneagram in depth, gaining insight and practical tools for deeper self-understanding and greater compassion for others. The Enneagram is an excellent tool for personal and relational transformation . . . an important spiritual resource, whatever path you may be on.
To help combat Zoom fatigue, there will be regular breaks and a longer lunch break on Saturday. Participants can choose to be off screen at any point in the workshop.
Participants must take the online WEPSS Enneagram inventory $10 at www.wepss.com prior to the workshop, as the content is based on having your results with you.
Facilitators: Certified Enneagram Instructors Joanna Quintrell and Carlyn Knight.
Workshop fee: Individuals: $75 per person. Each additional person you bring is $50. Participants also pay a separate $10 fee to www.wepss.com for the online Enneagram inventory. The workshop is free to “alumni” who want a refresher and who bring someone new with them to the workshop. (The alumni’s guest pays $75.) We are happy to arrange any payment plan for you.

Carlyn KnightCertified Enneagram Teacher
Carlyn Knight is a Certified Teacher in the Enneagram Spectrum Method, having completed training with Dr. Jerome Wagner. She has taken numerous classes on the Enneagram including many through the International Enneagram Association, the Journey Center, and Suzanne Stabile.
Carlyn has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. When she began learning about the Enneagram, she was also a Co-Director at Presbyterian Preschool and was teaching Early Childhood Education at Sonoma State University. She draws on these experiences with young children and families in her work and reflection on the Enneagram.
We all have ways/habits of seeing and perceiving the world that then impact our responses and reactions in life.It is essential for all of us, young and old, to experience:
• Knowledge that we count and are connected to others
• Growth in our capabilities (this occurs with training and the help of good tools)
• Courage (to try new things, learn, and even fail)
With the above essentials, “transformation” and maturation happens. In the presence of the Spirit, we can know and experience that we do count, and we are connected (to the Spirit, to others, and ourselves). With good tools (the Enneagram, being one), and safe community we can grow in our capabilities and courage.
It is a joy for Carlyn to teach classes and provide coaching about the Enneagram, with the purpose of growing in relationship and love with the Holy One, others, and ourselves.
