Art Journal Examen – Hybrid
As we enter into a new season, we’d like to create space to welcome the Presence of God in the midst of the threshold we find ourselves on. Through the ancient practice of Examen and then art journaling we will express what the Spirit is stirring in us.
For those who are comfortable, we will meet in person at the Journey Center. Bring your art journal if you have one. Paper and other materials will be supplied.
For those who would like to join through Zoom and you have some simple art supplies at home you can join us!
Fee – $10

Mindy BraunExecutive Director of Journey Center Santa RosaMindy was drawn to the Journey Center because of the radical hospitality and oasis of rest it provides while at the same time having a clear mission to bring healing and wholeness through encountering the Holy.
Mindy graduated with the 2021 Cohort of the Journey Center Association’s Spiritual Director Formation Program and also became the Executive Director of Journey Center Santa Rosa. Her passion is to create safe, sacred spaces for all people to experience love and belonging. One way she does this is through facilitating various groups – God in Nauture hikes, Poetica Pro Anima (Poetry for the Soul), Art Journal Examen, racial reconciliation groups, and Oasis for Activists.
Her favorite spiritual practices are either art journaling, tending her garden, or hiking in the forest.
