An Introduction to Ignatian Spirituality and the Ignatian Spiritual Exercises: an online workshop

Date

Sep 28 2024

Time

9:00 am - 11:00 am

Cost

$25

Spirituality is a broad term that can include a person’s search for meaning and purpose, personal growth, or explain a religious experience. Spirituality can serve to answer questions like “What is life all about?”, “What really matters?”, “Do people really have freedom of choice?”, and “Does my life make a difference?”.

Ignatian Spirituality strives to see God in all things and to continually grow in faith, hope and love while experiencing spiritual freedom. Come join us as we look at one person’s life… Ignatius of Loyola (1491-1556). Discover how he came to faith and not only discovered answers to his life questions but went on to help others to do the same, impacting the entire world, even today.

Are you feeling overwhelmed with the demands of life? Are you struggling to root your spirituality into day-to-day living? Do you want to live with focus or more intentionality? This workshop will give you some perspective and introduce some tools that can help you.

Workshop participants are also invited to participate in an online Ignatian Spiritual Exercises group that will begin in October 2024. (More information on the group coming soon.)
