Journey Center Association Cancellation and Refund Policies

Event Cancellation Policy

Attendee Cancellation: We hope to include as many participants as we have space for. If you have registered for an event and are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know. If your cancellation is at least 24 hours in advance of the class, you will receive a full refund. You may cancel and request a refund by sending an email to karen@journeycenter.org.

Event Cancellation by the Journey Center Association: We endeavor to hold all events as scheduled. The Journey Center reserves the right to cancel an event up to 3 days before the start of the event, and in an emergency to cancel by the start of the event.  Registrants who have paid will receive a full refund of their payment if the event is cancelled by the Journey Center.

Digital Product Purchase Policy

You may only cancel the order of a digital product before you have accessed/downloaded it. All digital products (either for download or streaming) will be made available for a minimum of 6 months after purchase of the product. After the 6 months, we reserve the right to remove access to the product whenever we deem necessary to do so.

When you purchase a digital product from our website, we will indicate whether that product is available for download (you keep as long as you like) or streaming (you will have access to view the product on our site for a limited period of time). Please note: All videos are available for streaming only, not for download.

We are not liable for any temporary interruptions in access to the products due to technical issues, such as server issues or incompatibility with your access system, or for user error. However, we will work quickly to address any issue you may have in accessing your digital purchases. We are here to assist you and make sure you are able to successfully access the products you have purchased. Please contact karen@journeycenter.org if you need assistance with accessing any of your products.

Video Privacy: All videos purchased are for individual viewing only. Please do not share the link with other individuals or groups. If you would like permission to share all or part of a video, please contact us at karen@journeycenter.org to discuss.

Refund policy

Before an event/service/download occurs, you would be covered under our cancellation policy. After you have attended an event or downloaded a product, our refund policy would apply. While we don’t offer refunds for “any reason”, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase of a digital product, event or service, please contact us at karen@journeycenter.org and we will discuss options to remedy the situation. We want all of our participants/users to be satisfied with their purchases.

We do offer refunds on purchases of services and digital products on our Website for the following reason(s): unable to access/download or the wrong product or service was provided. To qualify for a refund, you must submit your request to us within 90 days of your purchase date by contacting us at karen@journeycenter.org.
