Time After Time
An Evening of Music with Take Jack

A fundraiser concert for the Journey Center

Friday, October 21, 7:30 p.m.

We are thrilled to welcome Take Jack for another wonderful concert! With a particular slant toward considerations of TIME, we will enjoy songs from their last three projects...Covered in Birds (some written in collaboration with Sonoma County poets), Crazy Cold Beautiful (about the history and culture of sled dog mushing in northern Minnesota) and pre-show sets from local theatre productions. Join us for this journey that begins with musings upon the 35,000-year-old rib bone from a Siberian wolf, time spent with blackbirds, bluebirds, herons, crows and nightingales, time in the woods… a prayer for rain, a lone Sarajevo cellist-playing for peace in the Sarajevo winter, songs of life, love, peace and hope.
